Bed and Breakfast Policy/Rollins Creek Old West Town

ELIGIBILITY
This property is two story and does not have an elevator. Rooms are upstairs.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am.

RESERVATION POLICIES
A credit card is required to reserve your room. Your card will be charged when making your reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will only be taken by phone. You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. If you must cancel within the 48 hour period prior to your arrival you will be charged for the stay. However we will make every effort to re-book your room. If we are successful we will refund your money minus the $30 cancellation fee. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card you made the reservation with.

HOUSE RULES
No daily maid service.
Water and soft drinks are available.
Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available in your room.
Breakfast will be served at 9am.
Please leave your key in the room or with us. If a key is not returned a $10 fee will be charged to your credit card.

FIREARMS/WEAPONS
Firearms/Weapons are NOT permitted.

PETS
Pets are not permitted.

NO SMOKING HOUSE
For the health and convenience of all of our guests, smoking is only allowed outside the house in designated smoking areas. If we see or smell evidence of smoking in your room we reserve the right to charge an additional $100 fee for cleaning items that may be affected by the smoke.

FIRE SAFETY
Candles are NOT allowed. A fire extinguisher is in your room and in the hall. Please note its location. If the electricity goes off there is an automatic light in a wall plug in each room and in the hall. It may be taken out and used as a flashlight.

DAMAGE
Damage to the rooms and or items missing will be charged to your credit card.
